I have bought recently, Nokia E63. The light from the flash of the camera off when I selected the option "flash off, after clicking the light every time when I click on the image.

I have a Nokia E63 yo .. Flash device can not be turned off (with a photo / video). If you select the option "Enable Flash Off, the swelling goes down very close ... Hope this helps.
